Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention, focusing on CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing branch staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling of banking products and services, maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
