Social Media Content Creator

About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.

2. Plan and create educational, informative, entertaining and promotional content for Dr Sobti's Dental Care.

3. Write simple, engaging hooks, scripts and concepts suitable for dental and healthcare audiences.

4. Shoot videos at the clinic using a smartphone/camera, including doctor videos, patient education content, clinic videos, dental procedures and behind-the-scenes content.

5. Coordinate with doctors and the video editor to plan and execute regular social media content.

6. Identify relevant Instagram trends, formats, audio, hooks and content styles and adapt them appropriately for the clinic.

7. Plan B-roll, supporting shots and video sequences required for Reels.

8. Maintain a regular content pipeline based on the monthly social media content calendar.

9. Repurpose existing photographs and videos into new social media content ideas.

10. Work closely with the Video Editor to ensure that raw footage is properly captured and ready for editing.

11. Assist with Canva CapCut DaVinci Resolve Filmora Final Cut Pro

12. Canva editing and content preparation whenever required.

13. Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

3. Candidates with a portfolio, Instagram page or examples of Reels/content they have created will be preferred.

4. Should have good creativity and the ability to generate new content ideas regularly.

5. Good understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, storytelling and audience engagement.

6. Comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone or camera.

7. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut DaVinci Resolve CapCut Filmora Final Cut Pro Canva or similar tools is preferred.

8. Good communication skills and confidence while interacting with doctors and other team members.

9. Should be organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

10. Prior experience with healthcare, dental, medical, fitness or professional-brand content is an advantage but not mandatory.

11. Must be comfortable working from the clinic from 10 AM to 7 PM.
