About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Designer specializing in men’s shirts to join our creative team. The role involves end‑to‑end design development, from concept research to production handover, ensuring timely completion of seasonal collections.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept research and design development for upcoming seasonsPreparing creative samples and tech packs; coordinating with vendors for timely range completionGraphic design for labels, trims, and product samplingProviding design support and tech packs for selected styles to ensure smooth production handoversConducting market visits for design intelligence and competitive brand studyMonitoring sell‑through data to improve product design and collection performanceMaking adjustments in fits as per market requirementsDesired Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Fashion Design (NIFT / Pearl or equivalent)7–9 years of experience with domestic fashion brandsStrong expertise in men’s shirt design, fabrics, and garment constructionProficiency in design software: CorelDRAW, Illustrator, PhotoshopSkilled in pattern making and garment constructionExcellent communication skills and team spiritAdditional graphic design skills will be an advantage
