Avyam Labs is a SaaS company building software for healthcare and education. We’re a remote-first team, and our products help hospitals, clinics, and institutions work smarter. As an intern, you’ll be the friendly voice between our products and the people who use them, working on real customer interactions rather than practice exercises.

About the internship

This is a 6-month, unpaid, remote internship for students and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in customer relations and support. You’ll learn how a SaaS company onboards customers, answers their questions, collects feedback, and builds long-term relationships, with guidance from experienced team members.

What you’ll do

Respond to customer queries through email, chat, and calls

Help new customers get started with our products (onboarding and demos)

Log, track, and follow up on customer issues until they’re resolved

Work with the product and development teams to report bugs and share user feedback

Collect customer feedback through surveys and follow-up conversations

Help create simple help guides, FAQs, and email templates

Keep customer records organized and up to date

Support outreach to schools, clinics, and other institutions
