Founder's office- Marketing And Creative Designer

Location: Remote (Hyderabad preferred — occasional in-office presence required)

About the Role

We're not looking for someone who just designs creatives or edits videos. We're looking for an owner, someone who can run marketing campaigns end-to-end, plan and execute social media and content strategy from scratch, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on a daily basis. If you think like a marketer, design like a creative, and move fast, this is for you.

What You'll Own

Plan, build, and run marketing campaigns from concept to execution, independently

Drive social media content strategy and calendar across platforms (marketing, brand, product)

Create and edit video content and creative assets that move the needle

Generate high-quality content at speed using AI tools

Work directly with the founder daily, initiating ideas, not just executing them

Take campaigns from zero to launch without hand-holding

What we're looking for

Proven ability to own and run marketing campaigns, not just produce assets

Strong creative design skills (graphics, brand collateral)

Solid video editing capability

Hands-on with AI content-generation tools and a fast-paced output mindset

Self-starter who initiates, plans, and drives work forward

Comfortable collaborating closely with leadership on a daily basis

Strong sense of ownership across the full marketing function

Primarily remote

Must be available to visit our Hyderabad office when needed — Hyderabad-based candidates strongly preferred
