Social Media Manager

Build & strengthen the social media platforms for the Pre-K vertical brands and leverage Social Media Marketing engines to create engagement and increase the brand share of voice. Responsibilities1. Monitor & Manage the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.2. Possess good knowledge of social channel best practices, social publishing tools, and social listening platforms. Expert in reporting and key social media metrics for data-backed strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Contributes to Annual marketing strategy by leveraging social media. Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for our brands – EK | KK 4. Proven record of developing best-in-class and innovative social content and campaigns. Formulates high-quality novel written and visual content for the social platforms/ campaigns 5. Experience in working with influencers and understanding of how they can help reach our marketing goals 6. Develop and accomplish content strategy leading to achieving the business objective of onboarding new parents seeking admissions for their children 7. Experience in community management on digital formats 8. Experience working in coordination with other departments like sales, creative & IT 9. Agency Management & strength in working with in-house creative ops/agencies/ internal stakeholders to generate content and creatives across channels 10. Insight Development and ReportingCandidate ProfileMBA | PGDBM in Performance / Digital MarketingExperience in copy writing 5-8 years’ experience with a reputed brandDesign skills and basic video edits Insight Mapping Worked on Social Media Management Tools – Hubspot/ Hootsuite or equivalent
