Key Responsibilities • Visit customers at assigned locations for collection follow-up. • Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments. • Follow up on assigned collection cases. • Explain payment options and encourage timely repayment. • Maintain accurate records of customer visits and collection activities. • Achieve assigned collection targets while following company policies and collection guidelines.
