Job Description

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Lead business planning, long-term financial strategy, and capital allocation.Oversea commercial finance.Monitor and manage financial performance, risks and internal controls.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Monitor Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.Collaborate with operational/tech teams to optimise costs and improve efficiency.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve business goals.Work on improving financial systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

A strong background in finance or accounting (CA/CMA/MBA).Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.Experience in handling greenfield/brownfield projects.Confidence in using financial tools and systems.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
