About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Take full, independent ownership of the team and day-to-day running not support role, the buck stops with you.

2. Assist in day-to-day coordination across Tech, Marketing, AFO (field vendor operations), and Delivery

3. Track the daily and weekly reporting cadence across all functions

4. Assist in end-to-end resolution of vendor and customer complaints full ownership through to resolution, not just escalation.

5. Handle operational issues and delivery failures only looping in the founder when something crosses a defined threshold.

6. Maintain the relationship with external onboarding partner an MOU- governed engagement covering vendor and delivery onboarding across all zones, including weekly payout reconciliation and audit compliance.
