The Enterprise Sales assumes customer liaison and project lead through the solution development, implementation and life cycle management of the product/service developed to meet the business customers- evolving needs. Roles and Responsibilities: * Responsible for the initial configuration of all regulated and deregulated products and services, which may require written proposals or product demonstrations * Manage contract negotiations and work with the legal team as required. * Working knowledge of the Enterprise Industry (Bulk SMS/Whatsapp SMS/IVR Services/Voice Calls) * Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via teleconference or videoconference. * Strong listening and analytical skills are required to determine customer needs and requests. * Must be knowledgeable about company capabilities within the limitations of budget and workforce skills to represent what we can offer fairly * Must be knowledgeable in evolving telecommunications terminology and technology.
