Creative Strategist Intern

About the Role

I’m looking for a Creative Strategist Intern to help manage and grow my content across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

I create content around products, startups, business, technology, and the strategies behind successful companies. I enjoy researching ideas, writing scripts, and recording videos — but managing the entire content pipeline myself has become a bottleneck. Instagram

Your job will be to take ownership of everything after the idea/script is ready and make sure content consistently gets produced, edited, published, improved - leading to virality and more followers.

Work type - Remote

Work hours - 2-3 hrs a day (flexible timing)

Stipend - Rs 5000/mo

What You’ll Do

Manage the complete content pipeline

Coordinate with and manage video editors

Give editors clear briefs, references, B-roll ideas, and feedback

Manage thumbnails, carousels, graphics, captions, and other creatives

Schedule and publish content across platforms

Maintain a content calendar and ensure nothing gets delayed

Research content trends, formats, hooks, and topics

Analyze content performance and identify what’s working

Suggest new content ideas, formats, and experiments

Continuously improve our content based on analytics and audience feedback

Bonus Points

You’ve previously managed a creator’s or brand’s social media

Experience working with video editors

Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Drive, Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro

Experience growing a social media account

You actively follow creators and understand current content trends

You have a portfolio or examples of content you’ve worked on
