Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Nattam. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, and public works. Daily tasks include preparing technical drawings and specifications, performing site visits and inspections, coordinating with contractors and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role also involves analyzing survey and geotechnical data, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions, monitoring project progress and budgets, and providing technical guidance to project teams. The Civil Engineer will document project activities, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, with experience applying civil engineering principles to real-world projects.Skills in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation of plans, drawings, and technical specifications.Experience with Planning activities such as project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with stakeholders.Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices, drainage design, and related environmental and regulatory requirements.Ability to collaborate effectively with other Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; relevant licensure or certification is an advantage.Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design software) and basic project management tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.Willingness to work on-site in Nattam, conduct regular field inspections, and adapt to changing project needs. .
