Job description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all resort departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Activities. - Ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination and excellent guest experiences. - Supervise department heads, monitor staff performance, and maintain staff discipline. - Handle guest complaints, feedback, and emergency situations effectively. - Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene practices. - Monitor inventory, resource utilization, and operational cost control. - Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction. - Submit timely operational reports to senior management / Group General Manager. - Take responsibility for maintaining operational standards and addressing any negligence or lapses in duty.
