Inside Sales Executive IT Networking

Linkworld Infocom is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT Networking, IT Sales, or Technical Sales.The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, promoting IT networking products and solutions, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, following up with prospects, and closing sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.Promote IT networking products and IT infrastructure solutions.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.Build and maintain customer and partner relationships.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing.Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records.Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Networking Sales, or Technical Sales.IT/Networking-related educational background.Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, access points, servers, structured cabling, or cybersecurity solutions.Good communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
