Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the revenue cycle process within the US healthcare system, with a focus on managing accounts receivable (AR) and handling denials effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our billing processes are efficient and that we maximize revenue collection for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including patient billing, claims submission, and follow-up on denials.
• Analyze and resolve denials by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate billing and coding practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US healthcare regulations and billing practices to ensure compliance.
• Generate reports on revenue cycle performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries and issues.
