Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of International Voice /Chat experience (Mandatory)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers through Chat Support

Troubleshoot issues related to Apple Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple ID, iCloud, and macOS

Assist customers with product setup, software installation, activation, and account configuration

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues

Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting to achieve first-contact resolution

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams

Document customer interactions accurately and ensure SLA compliance

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards
