Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

We are looking for a Female Telecaller to handle incoming leads from guests interested in booking homestays and Airbnb properties in Indore and Ujjain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Speak with leads over the phone and understand their stay requirements, dates, guest count, and budget.

2. Suggest the most suitable Homly Stays properties based on their requirements.

3. Explain property features, location, pricing, and availability.

4. Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

5. Maintain proper follow-up and booking records.

6. Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.

7. Provide a smooth and professional guest experience.
