The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and practical experience in developing scalable web applications using Go / Golang.Mandatory Skills :Golang / Go, REST APIs, RDBMS (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Strong Programming & CS Fundamentals, Problem-Solving, Web Application Development.Key Responsibilities :Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Golang.Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs/web services.Write clean, maintainable, extensible, and production-ready code.Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers.Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and deliver them on time.Follow coding best practices with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve application performance.Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.Mandatory Technical Skills :3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Golang / Go development.Strong programming and Computer Science fundamentalsGood understanding of RESTful APIs / Web ServicesExperience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similarStrong logical and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience in developing and maintaining software projectsGood understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practicesGood-to-Have Skills :Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworksExperience with Git / Version ControlExposure to NoSQL databasesExperience with Go frameworks and supporting librariesExperience in end-to-end web application developmentHackerRank, HackerEarth, or similar coding credentialsCandidate Profile :Excellent programming and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.Passionate about software development and learning new technologies.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.Candidates with a Computer Science / Engineering / MCA background are preferred.Education :B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline preferred.MCA or equivalent technical qualification preferred.Strong programming skills and practical development experience will be given significant importance.
