About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through calling, email, online research and other sources.

2. Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective and existing customers.

3. Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the team.

4. Prepare and send professional emails, quotations and product details.

5. Maintain customer and lead data in MS Excel.

6. Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

7. Update customer, enquiry and order details.

8. Coordinate with internal departments for orders and customer requirements.

9. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
