Equitas Small Finance Bank - Senior/Lead Flutter Developer - Dart Programming

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who can build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), mobile application architecture, and API integration.

The candidate will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver world-class mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable application components.

• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement pixel-perfect designs.

• Optimize application performance, security, and responsiveness.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Debug and resolve production issues.

• Ensure application quality through testing and best development practices.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Required Skills :

• 5+ years of software development experience.

• Strong experience in Flutter and Dart.

• Experience developing applications for both Android and iOS.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).

• Experience with State Management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).

• Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON.

• Knowledge of Mobile App Architecture patterns.

• Experience with Git and version control systems.

• Familiarity with Firebase services.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).

• Experience publishing apps to Play Store and App Store.

• Agile/Scrum experience.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. .
