We are looking for a dedicated Immigration Counselor to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in the immigration field and will provide guidance and support to clients seeking immigration services. Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide clear information on available options. This involves assessing their situation and advising them on the best course of action.- Document Preparation: Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documents for immigration applications. This includes ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and complete.- Application Submission: Submit completed applications to relevant authorities on behalf of clients. This step is crucial to ensure that applications are processed timely and correctly.- Follow-up Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the status of their applications and address any concerns they may have during the process.- Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on immigration laws and policies to provide accurate advice to clients. This is important to ensure compliance and to give clients the best possible guidance.The candidate should possess a degree and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
