Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer (Part time) for Poland to deliver Leadership in Hybrid Work programs for multinational organizations and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging leadership development workshops

Facilitate interactive learning for managers and executives

Coach leaders on managing distributed teams

Deliver practical frameworks for communication, trust, engagement, accountability, and performance

Adapt training content to client business objectives

Produce post training recommendations

Requirements

Proven corporate training experience

Strong background in leadership development

Experience managing or coaching hybrid teams

Excellent facilitation skills

Experience working with multinational organizations

Fluent in English

Polish language is preferred

Nice to Have

Executive coaching certification

Experience with DISC, MBTI, StrengthsFinder or similar frameworks

Background in organizational development or HR consulting

Compensation

This is a project based freelance opportunity. Trainers are compensated on a per project or per training day basis. The salary range displayed is for platform purposes only and does not represent a fixed annual salary.
