The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with clients in the Loan Against Property (LAP) sector. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the Loan Against Property segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the LAP market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and services.
