MDM Implementation Consultant

Job description: Experience: 6 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced **Semarchy MDM Implementation Consultant** with 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management and hands-on expertise in **Semarchy xDM** implementation. Key Responsibilities * Design, configure, and implement MDM solutions using **Semarchy xDM**. * Work on data models, entities, hierarchies, relationships, and golden records. * Configure data quality, validation, matching, and merging rules. * Develop and manage data integration workflows between Semarchy and source/target systems. * Configure MDM business rules, workflows, and governance processes. * Analyze data issues and support data cleansing and standardization. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to understand MDM requirements. * Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. * Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer. Required Skills * **6+ years of experience** in MDM/Data Management. * Strong hands-on experience with **Semarchy xDM / Semarchy MDM**. * Experience in MDM implementation and configuration. * Good understanding of **data modeling, data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship**. * Experience with **ETL/data integration** and APIs. * Good knowledge of **SQL and relational databases**. * Understanding of MDM governance and data management concepts. * Strong communication and client-facing skills.
