Web Development Trainer (Blockchain) (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions in online and classroom (ILT) formats.

• Train learners on Blockchain, Web3, Smart Contracts, Solidity, dApp Development, Wallets, NFTs, and related technologies.

• Deliver Web Development training covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks, backend fundamentals, APIs, databases, and deployment concepts.

• Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, assignments, and project-based learning activities.

• Mentor students in developing portfolios, projects, and practical skills aligned with industry requirements.

• Prepare learners for technical interviews through mock interviews, coding assessments, resume reviews, and career guidance sessions.

• Support learners in understanding industry trends, tools, best practices, and workplace expectations.

• Track learner progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.

• Collaborate with program and placement teams to improve learner outcomes and employability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong practical knowledge of Blockchain and Web3 technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Solidity, Ethereum ecosystem, Smart Contracts, MetaMask, Remix IDE, Hardhat, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and dApp development.

• Strong understanding of modern Web Development technologies and frameworks.

• Experience in delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or academic programs.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varying skill levels.

• Valuable communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, APIs, databases, and software development best practices.
