Lead Quality Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Quality Analyst to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within the international call center industry. As a Lead Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will lead a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure that all processes are followed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality assurance process for international call center operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and methodologies to improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of call center operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with management to develop performance metrics and reporting systems to track quality performance.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Act as a liaison between the quality assurance team and other departments to ensure alignment on quality initiatives.
