Store Incharge (2-5 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated Store Incharge to oversee our inventory management and ensure smooth store operations from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and is expected to handle various responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demands. Regularly check inventory levels and conduct stock audits to prevent shortages or excesses.- Order Processing: Oversee the process of receiving and dispatching goods. Ensure that all incoming products are inspected and properly recorded in the inventory system.- Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Offer guidance and support to ensure everyone understands their roles clearly.- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and concerns regarding products. Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, sales, and any discrepancies for management review.
