Key Responsibilities Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop and execute effective territory-level sales strategies. Build strong relationships with Dermatologists, Gynecologists, Pediatric and other healthcare professionals. Drive product advocacy through clinical education, product detailing and regular doctor visits. Lead, coach and develop a team of FSEs/Medical Representatives. Conduct joint fieldwork, team reviews and performance coaching. Manage primary and secondary sales and ensure product availability. Coordinate with distributors and ensure seamless hand distribution to doctors/clinics. Track competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback. Share market intelligence and business insights with leadership. Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies, processes and ethical standards.
