About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

2. Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.

3. Explain travel packages, itineraries, hotels and transportation options.

4. Prepare and share customized travel quotations.

5. Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings.

6. Build strong relationships with customers.

7. Negotiate and close bookings while maintaining company pricing guidelines.

8. Maintain enquiry, follow-up and booking details in CRM/Google Sheets.

9. Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.

10. Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

11. Identify opportunities for repeat bookings and referrals.

12.
