Executive - Facilities Written & verbal communication skills 2. Good interpersonal skills to manage team 3. Awareness on Hospitality standards 4. Good knowledge on Housekeeping 5. Awareness on Food and beverage 6. Awareness on ISO standards 7. Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance 8. EHS (environment, health, safety) 9. Awareness on BCMS and emergency handling/ Business continuity planning 10. Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits
