Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Delhi-NCR Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, particularly in the areas of servo drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). This role is crucial for driving sales and providing technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products, including servo drives and VFDs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that client specifications are met and that projects are delivered on time.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings in the market.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in automation and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of servo drives, VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Proficiency in SAP, CRM software, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
