2. Search for relevant RFPs, RFQs, project requirements, and other publicly available technology opportunities online.

3. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 12,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 8,000 - 12,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 600000/year
