About the internship:Key Responsibilities:

1. Research new digital marketing ideas, social media trends, and content opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate potential client inquiries

2. Assist in creating educational and engaging social media content related to finance, investments, and financial awareness

3. Support digital campaigns focused on client engagement and business growth

4. Use AI and digital tools to improve content creation, research, and day-to-day productivity

5. Assist the operations team with daily client and back-office activities, including transaction tracking, status updates, and follow-ups

6. Maintain accurate Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reports for SIPs, pending transactions, client follow-ups, service requests, and documentation

7. Assist in organizing and checking client documents, KYC, FATCA, bank details, nominee details, and other investor-related records

8. Follow up internally for pending documents, transactions, and client requirements

9. Analyze basic social media performance and suggest ideas to improve online presence, client engagement, and business growth

10.
