Job description
Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying vacancies to onboarding new employees.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates for suitability.
Coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to meet manpower requirements and hiring targets.
Support employee engagement and employer-branding activities when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
13 years of experience in recruitment or HR hiring.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, HRMS/ATS, and recruitment tools.
Good negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Target-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
Knowledge of basic HR policies and employment practices is preferred.
