Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 5,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 320000 to 500000/year
