Personal Assistant/ Driver

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings. Assist management with daily work and personal office-related tasks. Handle phone calls, messages, and important communications. Maintain documents, records, and other necessary information. Coordinate meetings and remind management about scheduled appointments. Complete assigned tasks on time and maintain confidentiality. Drive management safely to office meetings, appointments, and other destinations. Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is in good condition. Follow traffic rules and drive responsibly. Check fuel levels and inform management about vehicle servicing or maintenance requirements. Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the schedule. Be flexible with travel timings whenever required by management.
