Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Website Builder with a keen eye for design, user experience, and conversion-driven layouts. You’ll build and manage websites primarily using Wix, Shopify, and Webflow—helping clients establish and scale their digital storefronts and brand presence. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and automation teams to deliver high-impact results.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain responsive websites using Wix, Shopify, and WebflowTranslate design mockups and wireframes into functional sitesImplement branding, content, and product updates across platformsOptimize websites for SEO, performance, and mobile responsivenessIntegrate third-party tools and plugins for forms, CRM, analytics, etc.Work alongside designers, copywriters, and automation specialistsTroubleshoot bugs and ensure site stability and uptimeDeliver websites on-time and aligned with client goals KPIs & Performance MetricsTimely delivery of website builds and updatesClient satisfaction and feedback scoresSite performance: load speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO healthAccuracy and consistency in branding and functionality Requirements2+ years of experience building websites in Wix, Shopify, and/or WebflowStrong portfolio of published websites and landing pagesUnderstanding of user experience (UX) and responsive design principlesFamiliarity with SEO basics, accessibility, and web best practicesComfortable working with design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe XD)Organized, proactive, and deadline-orientedNice to HaveExperience in eCommerce setup and optimization (Shopify in particular)Ability to edit basic HTML/CSS or embed custom code blocksFamiliarity with automation tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or HubSpotBranding and UI/UX design experience is a plus
