We cater to the growing needs of musicians, creators, studios, and audio professionals by offering a diverse range of products and solutions.We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive - Finance to join our finance and accounting team.Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance and strong practical knowledge of GST, Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, financial documentation, and supporting monthly financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger posting.Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.Prepare and maintain GST records, workings, reconciliations, and returns.Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST and statutory requirements.Perform GST reconciliation between books of accounts, purchase records, and GST returns.Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.Verify invoices, supporting documents, and accounting entries for accuracy.Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and identify discrepancies.Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, financial schedules, and statements.Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.Required Skills & Experience2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.Strong practical knowledge of GST and GST compliance.Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including:VLOOKUP / XLOOKUPPivot TablesExcel formulasData reconciliation and analysisGood understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.Experience in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Qualification / / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.Candidates with strong hands-on experience in GST, Tally, and MS Excel will be preferred.Experience2 - 4 YearsNo. of Openings1EducationGraduate (B.A, B.B.A, B.Com)RoleAccounts ExecutiveIndustry TypeAccounting / FinanceGender[ Male / Female ]Job CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from OfficeFace Interview Location359, Tarun enclave, Pitampura, New Delhi
