About: DharmikVibes is a community-driven spiritual experience company and phygital platform building an end-to-end spiritual ecosystem for India. DharmikHubs are our local anchors: they bring communities, local heritage and the local spiritual economy onto one connected platform.

Role: As DharmikHub Manager for (Odisha, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Himachal, Uttrakhand, UP, Karnataka or others) own the local spiritual network and run the hub.

You will:

Onboard and nurture pandits, astrologers, priests, guides, flower and prasad partners, temples, trusts, ashrams, dharamshalas, homestays, hotels and food partners

Bring local pandits and guides online as DharmikGuide micro-entrepreneurs

Run online pujas end to end: setup, partner coordination, going live, follow-up

Build local communities and devotee engagement around satsang, bhajan, kirtan, rituals and festivals

Work with temple trusts and local officials on partnerships

Track weekly onboarding, quality and devotee feedback, and report to the ops lead

You bring: deep local knowledge and network in your State; fluency in Local Language and Hindi, English; comfort with WhatsApp and basic apps, ChatGPT/Claude; ownership mindset; temple/ritual or community-ops experience a plus. 2 Years or more exp.

Terms: Remote-first, field work in your region, own laptop, work SIM bills reimbursed, salary on the 1st, ESOPs. Startup pace and flexible hours.
