Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant who possesses deep proficiency in Record to Report (RTR) workflows. The ideal candidate will bring practical expertise in configuring SAP FI/CO modules, managing financial accounting operations, executing period-end close procedures, generating comprehensive reports, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems.

SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO)

Record to Report (RTR) lifecycle management

General Ledger (GL) administration

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

Fixed Asset Accounting (AA)

Bank accounting operations

Cost Center and Profit Center accounting

Internal Order management

Month-end, year-end, and period-end closing cycles

Financial reporting and analysis

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete end-to-end RTR processes within the SAP FICO environment.

Configure and maintain General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting modules.

Lead and coordinate all month-end and year-end closing activities.

Execute account reconciliations, process journal entries, manage accruals and provisions, and handle financial postings.

Provide functional support for Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Order accounting structures.

Develop and validate financial reports to meet statutory compliance requirements.

Troubleshoot production incidents and deliver effective functional support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement tailored SAP FICO solutions.

Facilitate integration points with Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and other related modules.

Contribute to the full project lifecycle, including implementation, system enhancements, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance

Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications

Knowledge of integrations with MM and SD modules

Background in SAP implementation or support projects

Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting principles

Educational Background

Candidates must hold a B-Tech degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, or a Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience. .
