Business Development (Sales) - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the founding team on brand building, marketing and growth initiatives.

2. Research the sports, cricket and performance-wear market to identify trends, opportunities and consumer insights.

3. Support the development of creative campaigns, social media content and brand communication.

4. Help build and manage digital and social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

5. Identify and engage with cricketers, athletes, coaches, academies, creators and sports communities.

6. Assist in developing athlete/influencer partnerships and community-led marketing initiatives.

7. Track competitors and study how leading global and Indian sports brands build their positioning.

8. Contribute ideas for product launches, campaigns, events and brand activations.

9. Support customer and athlete research to understand what actually drives sports performance and purchase decisions.

10. Work on presentations, research reports, campaign concepts and growth experiments.

11. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 30,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 20,000 /month
