HR Recruiter & Counselor - Internship (WFH)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.

2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.

4. Provide counseling and support to employees on career development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.

5. Assist in organizing and conducting employee training programs and workshops.

6. Help in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

7. Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
