*Yes Bank* - *Ambattur*  Hindi Speakers Mandatory  *JOB DESCRIPTION* – MIS ANALYST / OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE  *Position* : MIS Analyst / Operations Executive  *Experience* : Freshers  *Preferred Qualification* : Graduation Mandatory   *Job Responsibilities*  - Review and monitor alerts as per the defined checklist and ensure timely closure. - Initiate customer call-outs whenever required. - Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports. - Maintain accurate operational data and trackers. - Coordinate with relevant teams for follow-ups and resolution of pending cases. - Ensure timely completion of assigned operational and reporting activities.  *Eligibility Criteria*  * Hindi Speakers  - Freshers are eligible to apply. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Good analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to manage tasks within defined timelines.  *Working Hours*   *Timing* : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM  *Weekly Off* : Sunday  *Holidays* : Banking Holidays  *Stipend / Compensation*  - *Freshers* : ₹14,000/- Company Stipend + ₹6,000/- NATS Benefit Interested candidates may share their updated resume or contact us for further details.
