Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for recruitment technology, tech staffing, talent solutions, online assessment, EOR, contingent workforce, and augmented workforce services.

2. Support on-page SEO activities, including SEO titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content briefs, image alt text, URL reviews, and basic technical SEO checks.

3. Assist with SEO content and programmatic SEO operations by preparing blog outlines, updating CMS content, checking page quality, identifying content gaps, and maintaining keyword and publishing trackers in Google Sheets.

4. Support ethical off-page SEO and digital PR activities by researching relevant websites, preparing outreach lists, checking backlink opportunities, and maintaining a backlink tracking sheet.

5. Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics for impressions, clicks, rankings, indexing issues, and content performance.

6. Collaborate with the founder and content/engineering team to improve website structure, landing pages, blog content, and internal linking.

7. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 3,000 - 6,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ [hidden] /month
