About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at HawksCode, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients. You'll work to understand their business needs, ensure successful product adoption, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients

Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of HawksCode solutions

Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio

Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations

Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and provide insights to the product team

Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices

Create and deliver product training sessions for clients

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on retention and expansion initiatives

Track and report on key customer success metrics

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles

Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred:

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with B2B software products

Knowledge of customer success tools and methodologies

Understanding of technical concepts related to software implementation

Experience with data analysis and reporting

Certifications in customer success or project management
