Oracle Fusion QA Lead (Bengaluru)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios and test scripts covering functional, integration, regression, performance and UAT testing.
• Lead and manage SIT, UAT, regression, parallel testing and cutover validation.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, integration and data migration teams across PTP, OTC, RTR and consolidation processes.
• Validate end-to-end cross-module business flows and EPM integrations.
• Review data migration quality, reconciliation and transactional data accuracy.
• Manage test data across multiple regions including Canada, EMEA and APAC.
• Lead defect triage, prioritization, tracking and resolution across workstreams.
• Validate integrations using OIC, ODI, FDI, ADW, APIs and FBDI-based processes.
• Validate BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View and EPM reports for accuracy and consistency.
• Establish testing governance, quality metrics, reporting standards and testing best practices.
• Support Oracle quarterly updates, impact assessments and regression certification.
• Provide leadership and guidance to offshore/onshore QA teams.
• Support UAT readiness, business training and pre-go-live validation workshops.

Compensation: 2,000,[hidden],500,000.00 per year
