Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:1. Conduct detailed requirement analysis with customers, ranging from junior associates to executives (VP/CXOs) and specialized professionals like lawyers and doctors.2. Understand job roles and document requirements for the writing team and resume consultants.3. Act as a consultant for clients, providing answers to their queries and deliver assignments on time4. Manage accounts, ensure timely work allocation, and update records and dashboards.5. Review documents carefully to ensure they meet quality standards and proofread documents before sending them to clients.6. Use MS Office and company dashboards extensively.7. Communicate with customers, handle escalations and resolve issues promptly.8. Showcase excellent spoken & written communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
