As a Life Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for sales agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services, particularly with Sud Life and SBI Life.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
