We are seeking a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our team in Mumbai. This role is essential for ensuring our products are accurately picked and efficiently packed for shipment. Key Responsibilities:- Product Selection: Pick the correct items from the storage area based on order requests. This involves following detailed lists and ensuring accuracy in quantities and product types.- Quality Check: Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing them. This ensures only the highest quality products are sent out to customers.- Packing: Pack selected items carefully in boxes or other packaging materials. The packing should protect products during transit and should be done according to company standards.- Labeling: Affix shipping labels on packed items ensuring all information is clear and accurate. This helps in smooth delivery and tracking of packages.- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory records by reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels to the supervisor. This helps in efficient stock management.- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines while handling products and operating packing equipment. This is important for maintaining a safe working environment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed at least their 10th standard education.
