International Affiliate Marketing Manager / High-Commission Sales Representative (US/UK/EU)

Unblock1Mind is an IT & Digital Agency currently driving international growth for Jewellery by Indiana—an exquisite e-commerce jewelry brand specializing in premium/fine jewelry.

We are looking for self-motivated Commission-Based Sales Specialists / Affiliate Partners based in the US, UK, EU, or Australia to promote and drive sales for the brand in international markets.

Responsibilities:

Promote Jewellery by Indiana products to US/UK consumers, fashion influencers, and niche luxury buyers.

Utilize affiliate links, social media, outreach, local events, or direct sales methods to bring qualified international buyers.

Pitch to local boutiques, gift shops, or online fashion curators for wholesale/bulk/drop-shipping orders.

What We Offer:

First Month Model: 100% Commission-based with attractive payout rates (10% to 15% per successful sale). Given our ticket sizes, each conversion translates to solid earnings.

Long-Term Growth: Based on 1st-month performance, top performers will be transitioned to a Fixed Base Retainer + Performance Bonus/Commission model from Month 2 onwards.

Full support with product catalogs, marketing collaterals, personalized discount coupons, and tracking dashboards.

Requirements:

Prior experience in E-commerce sales, Affiliate Marketing, Fashion/Jewelry sales, or Influencer Outreach in US/UK markets.

Strong network or ability to drive targeted traffic to luxury/fashion products.

Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
